Is only money, infrastructure, material the solution for African Development?

Does Africa only need money to develop? After hectic past four days ranging from my brother being temporarily arrested in a notorious jail for failing to maintain his baby (being irresponsibly) and had to take him out with large amount before he was killed inside there and of which was not ideal thing to do, beggars in Mozambique crying for help and thats the only thing they know or think can help is when someone gives them money and of which doesn't really help and I always have a heart to give , to street kids who asks money and as soon I am done giving them the little I have and I look across the street of Flamingo restaurant they are busy using the money to gamble or asking for more even late night, to my own family who I support every month with enough money and still things become worse, to the money exchanger in Manica who is a wealthy Mozambican and he is dying of sickness, to that rich person in SA who is not at peace or happy with their respective life, to those individuals talking about development but they actual need money through it. Everything is money involved but not helping. The list goes on and on and on and on and I witness this unhealthy lifestyles daily in my work. Is money really a solution? There must be something.

The inconvenient truth is that money is not the solution. It's hard to admit that, it's even harder to live without money. An inherent reality is that it displaces the value of life for material, infrastructure and so on.
