APPROVED BUT DESPERATELY IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

TWO YOUNG MEMBERS OF GREEN LIGHT FOUNDATION HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED TO STUDY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF JOHANNESBURG FOR BA IN SOCIAL WORK.THEY APPLIED FOR NSFAS FUNDING BUT THEY HAVE BEEN DECLINED REASON BEING LACK OF FUNDING FROM THE GOVERNMENT. THEY HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED WITH UJ BUT DID NOT HAVE FUNDING FOR THEIR TUITION FEES,TEXTBOOKS FEES AND ACCOMMODATION ,WE WOULD APPRECIATE IT A LOT IF WE GET ASSISTANCE WE WILL CHANGE THE MINDSET OF THE YOUTH IN A POSITIVE MANNER. Comment by Maitse Otto Twala on January 17, 2014 at 11:54am: I also have tried for my boys who have been accepted UFS and Vaal Tech. respectively but due lack of finances they are stuck in Intabazwe. we tried to raise funds but they are not enough....dont loose hope though as there is light at the end of the tunnel....NEVER LOOSE HOPE STAY STRONG AND ALWAYS PUT YOUR HEAD UP...
