We don’t need to achieve anything or be anything in order to be successful. We can just decide that because we woke up this morning, we are successful.

Free advise for all, if you are in a verge of giving back to your community I wish you all the best and please do it out of love, if you are already giving back I hope you are do it with the intentions of transforming lives and spreading love. If you mean business be clear in the first place, do not fool people around in the name of helping. Political parties does it all the time, they talk helping but they mean business, that's fooling people around.

Look there's a thin line between the two, with that being said you can venture into two initiatives separately and distinctively. Do business where you see the opportunity of doing it, and do charity where there's a need of it.

When you choose to do business you are likely to hit few birds with just one stone (i do not know if that makes sense). You create jobs and transform lives, youth acquire skills & knowledge simultaneously and lives changes for good, sustainability is inevitable in this instance. Hence with charitable you do not install the sustainability among the people, instead you promote other illnesses, like dependency, laziness and begging mentality. Worse part same people after few days of your charitable acts or visit, they go back to their everyday life, same routine, and now that you have become the "messiah" , every time you pitch they expecting at least something from you. Change your approach you'll see they will adopt.

With all the initiatives, visits, travels and activities I have embarked on, I have learnt and seen that our people need opportunities not charity. Like every race or human being we messes up sometimes and it does not mean we are bad people or right us off or judge us, continue to help others and give second chances whenever you can especially to those who deserve it.

PLEASE DO NOT FEEL BAD BY GIVING BACK TO YOUR COMMUNITY, IT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO AND IT IS GOOD FOR OUR COUNTRY.
