From the 1st of July until the 4th of July 2012, Laureus Yes (run by incredible Mthokozisi Madonda) invited Schalk and I to hold or rather share on leadership and mentoring and IT training. There were eleven incredible young leaders from different part of SA. And this event was held in Shongweni Game Reserve. I must say instead of us sharing with these young champs, we were taught by them and not vice versa. Their attitude, their drive, insight, coaching skills.... is just beyond major. We arrived on Sunday around lunch time, as crazy as we are we just clicked with everyone and had fun. Later that afternoon we went for game drive and we just made more friends, joked, laughed. The next day it was back to serious business and  we held a life skills session on leadership and mentoring. And in the afternoon we went for abseiling and jumping from the dam wall into the water. What an incredible experience to break fears. And the next day, Tuesday, we had intense IT training and we made friends with lads from Mr Price SA, Youth for choice. On Wednesday, it was time to say good bye to everyone and we were heading to Umlazi for work. To be continued
