almost the people in my community love work on the mines because many people are jelous for someone achieving in your life.so now are make competition to work underground at the mines and most of them are work to buy car before building house,so many times  are trying to motivate and encourage youth think about your life before you enjoy check your back around than fill up your gap before than enjoy.so now the mines are nothice many people specialy samancor.
