Two Arsenal Gap Year community coaches were in Manica, Mozambique for four months volunteering. Adam Tarant and Drew Tyler spent their time coaching youth football, English, Life-Skills and Computer Literacy.

"Volunteering here was life-changing experience for me, I will definitely be back" said Adam.

After manica, they also visited and did coaching at Nkomazi with coach Zero and the Academy in Kamaqekeza. "Fantastic work, the kids are so teachable and play at a higher standard than their English counterparts" said Drew Tyler, adding that "it is clear that TSB and Youthzones are making a difference here".

On behalf of our friends in Nkomazi and especially Manica we want to thank Drew and Adam for their efforts and friendship over the past four months and we look forward to continued relationships with Arsenal in the Community.
