sports brings joy

I love sports any kind of sports. its a nice feeling to see kids u taught sports and life skills passing them to other kids, past weekend was every good for after 8 years I saw some of my former players to see them coaching and teaching new kids sports and they tell other kids about that I helped them.

Abale Connect (New Internet Cafe @Drieziek Ext 5, Orange farm)

Thanks to the first Computer donated by Youthzones, five years ago. An Internet Cafe is opened today and we are on our third month now.

We started with one computer and now have four.

Spar National Netball tournament  was one of the biggest highlight and something to grasp on as Nonkululeko from Tarlton was selected to be part of the under 21 Eastrand team that walk away with gold medal and her being recognized as the best player.

It takes a village to raise a child.

The African proverb “It takes a village to raise a child” is the philosophy behind the establishment of Isolate Iziyobisi in Phase 7, a community organisation that works to uplift, local children. Iziyobisi is the Xhosa word for ‘drugs’ and isolating children from substance abuse and gang violence is what prompted the establishment of the non-profit organisation.
