A good team is a collective of different people and each one of them is individual. Its important to understand our people otherwise we can never fully recognize them. Its also important to understand that we can accommodate other peoples individuals up to a point. If one individual intrinsic drive is toxic for the team, its either that person modifies that behaviour or they leave.
