On the 10^th of Dec 2011, Simon and Doc attended a Siyabuswa Youthzones Tournament where eight teams participated and there was one winner who went away with R3600. The tournament was held in Maganagobuswa Soccer Field and the tournament was organised by youthzones family members Senior and Sello.   It was great seeing the community having fun together, boys, men, girls, mamas selling food etc. It was a huge success and the Young Killers were knocked out at the early stages losing 3-0 and there had millions of drunk coaches  who wanted say something at the same time. Hence on the 12^th of Dec, Doc held intense training session boosting their confidence and restore their team unity. On the 11^th of Dec, we then went to work in Libangeni where we hang out with the mamas team and the boys and all the coaches . We then gave the Montana FC four pair of soccer boots and three pairs to mamas.

Around 11am on the 12^th of Dec 2011, we then drove straight to Jane Furse where there was also a major tournament running.

Pioneers and Young killers each received five soccer ball branded with ConvergencePartners Logo and Libangeni netball team got three netballs and siyabuswa netball team got 2 netballs and Young killers got apair of ten socks.

I could not stop thinking about one of the most remarkable encounter in my life where the guys and girls from Sandton and successful (working for Convergence Partners) were mingling and having good times with the champs from Siyabuswa and Libangeni. They all played football in a bushy and thorny field, falling everywhere tackling each other, making jokes and the girls hanging out with the other girls and using open roof toilets and teaching each other computers. They shared KFC together. Everything was great and what was very interesting is the moment they started asking each about their respective lifestyles, only to found out they like the same thigs when they chill or do things. Like Silas from Libangeni  who  is a high school dropout said he likes to play poker or card "casino" with friends when he relaxes and also the CIO of the company our good friend Idan Segal said that is what he likes most also when he is relaxes. Is so amazing that the moment we cross our little shells or boundaries or comfort zones (we join the youthzones, lol) only to be shocked when we find out that we are the same or connected  as our friend next door who we are scared of and we feel insecure around his/her presence. It was very interesting to see our friends after I showed them the gym made of cement weights, only Idan and I had a work out and the rest watching and straight we finished they rushed to a bottle store near to buy booze nearby. What is interesting is that normally rich people in the suburbs in the development world or 'religious' families feel is right for them to drink and have fun and be free with no any guilt and we write a lot of manuals and books and talk alot about the poor should not have fun and have a drink or two like them because ... so many reasons to mention. I have seen so many rich individuals drining doing worse things and some going to prisons. The bottom line is poor or rich, black or white, everyone should have equal opportunities and live freely. What I like is that these lads from Convergence Partners shared with the locals at the bottle and talked to each other about the influence of over drinking in one 's life and they had fun and not being judgemental and they showed the locals that they also drink and pretending. The reality is it all goes to morality, life skills, responsiblity, etc irrespective of your race, status, titles, background...

COME ON GUYS,this is a networking site not a side were you can use as an bussiness oppurtunity,we should take adventage of this as cyber networking not make became rich fast there as sites that you visit and sell your products not on youthzone please i call upon the siyabuswa site to please stop using this a money making chance,lets share ideas,problems,solutions but sell our products onthis site it should be there to help those who are in need of life changing ideas and oppotunities to change there destiny,so dont fill this page with your products please.

we should be proud of ourselves the youth of today since we all the new method of communicating,called technolgy so i think that we should take advantage of that and use it see were it will last us.i would like to thank these two guys for introducing me to this world of technology,SCHALK & DOC 'the champ',it's a previlage to us the guys at siyabuswa for having people like you that now we know what is going on on the world around us.they said 2010 fifa world cup feel it is here, we say the future feel as we coming,and unlike the world cup we are going nowhere.so be prepared for YOUNG KILLERS.

We had a 2 hour workshop about Project Plan writing, using that to explain objectives, time-lines, budget, etc... a lot to take in, but the idea of turning a bunch o guys into a development movement really excited them. With these iphoto effects we all become shades of brown!
