For zoners all roads led to Raloka Ranch Lodge in Brits for the Netball tournament coordinated by Lindelwa Hlubekazi Mboya. The tournament attracted Somerset East, Mashishing, Maqhekeza, Upington, Kwazamokuhle, Umlazi, Bloemfontein and Hammanskral Netball teams. There morning of the 16th we allowed went for a soul searching moment by the riverside with our Host Elize Cortzee where she shared some of her touching life experiences in a bid to encourage us.She also be shared the 'backpack ' concept where one must throw away bad habits  and bad experiences in life then keep and put into the 'backpack' all the good memories and all good experiences. This session was so touching that I saw some of our players makings resolutions to stop their bad habits.  From there we went far breakfast where food was galore.We all served ourselves with food of all sorts. Best of all the food was fresh and delicious.  Its was then time for the competitions. All teams played their 8 games bringing a total of 64 games.Everything went well with games battling it out against each other in a very friendly way. By 7 pm all teams had played their games.Umlazi came out first,on the second position was Kwazamokuhle a new team which had just joined the tournament.
