Life is full of second chances. When they come, be more intentional, courageous and appreciative.

January 27th, I turned 47 and was my first time after so long not going to my parents house. I don't know why I call it my parents house but I grew up calling it that. When I came back from the US, I have been staying at my grandma's house.
It was a nice weekend spending time with my uncle and younger brother, and to see the people I grew up with, and the neighbors just catching up and laughing about old days.

The house is no longer in good condition, cause since they passed on in '99 the house was rented out to different people so that's why. Anyway that is where I grew up and I love the fact that it is still there and my younger brother is staying there.

So many great memories there, and the house was always full of kids playing around till my parents started their business then everything changed. It was really those good times that made me be teary because most of them are no longer there. I lost a most of them but hey it's life.

I have been blessed with a lot of second chances in life.
I read somewhere that the definition of second chances as pretty much every morning when you have the opportunity to decide how to think today, how to treat others, how to spend your attention and time and how you want to show up in the world.

We have a choice.

More than most people imagine. And that power is an evergreen second chance. Who do you want to be today? What energy will you bring into the world and your relationships?

I thank God and a lot of people in my life who have supported me immensely throughout my life. I am who I am because of each and everyone of you.

Today, I am working fulltime something I thought is impossible. And I am doing what I love the most.

Thank you Doc Mabila for being there when I needed someone, for helping me become the person I am today! You have always been there for me, through the good and the bad times in my life. Words cannot express how grateful I am. I truly appreciate you.
