Our experince during ethnics exchange-Drakensberg mountain hiking

I am James Sello Kekana from Siyabuswa in Mpumalanga, i went out with leaders from Youthzones from different places to Drakensberg mountain at Injisuthi resort for hiking. It was an amazing experience for me because i never done hiking in my life,i learned a lot about map reading, compass, friendship, team building and team effort. I had fear of heights but having the leaders around me gave me courage to fulfill all the task we weregiven and gave me strength to keep on going up and down on the mountains, sleeping in the caves was another experience. All the guys shared most stories of the life, challenges, improvement on some issues they encountered and what they wanna go on their life. What i have learned i'm going to share most of my experience with my community and improve on my weaknesses. I wanna start my own business because i was learning last year doing business management, so i wanna take what i have learned into practice. Thanks to Doctor Mabila,Tom Smith and Youthzones.

my name is Ronny Maphangule for me this is the first time doing something so intriguing and and thought provoking, I have learn't a handful from this experience if i was to mention everything i will have to write a book. i have learn't navigating a map, i made new friends, overcame my fear of height, in some way i have connected with GOD last but not least we had a plan on how to navigate the mountains which made the task more easier which also applies in real life.

it was very great and am willing to let everyone in my community to understands the challanges we face in life, the most thing i have learn is, before you go any further you must know were you are and were you are going and one thing is for sure you go through difficulties but you must find a way to go through because at last you gona have to achieve what you dreamed of. i have met with new people from different place with their own culture and own living style but there it was a  one big family and we also make good family. it is early 2016 and so many things to achieve so if you are planning do not give up continue even if you come up with difficulties do not stop keep walking till you get what you want

thanks you walala wasala
