Yeah and Bobsa is as simple as this if all people who blocked themselves because of what they did in the past and can't move, all they need to understand is this, it is even not possible to undo a second that passed, if it passed it passed and what ever you did in that second passed with it.

yeah, we learn, forgive ourselves and move on, for if we can't change it we have to accept it and make peace with it and move on, for being sorry and miserable is not gonna do us any favor.
