As leaders our first responsibility is to thoroughly understand the purpose of the organization that we lead. Once we understand this purpose we can better communicate it to the people who need to comparably understood it. This will ensure that the team tasked with realization of that purpose also has a clear understanding. If the purpose is misunderstood then the rest is lost.

The one thing that is important for us leaders is that we must always be true to our organization's philosophy and not allow ourselves to shift our focus because we want to attract money.
