"It always seems impossible until it's done" this quotes by Dr. Nelson Mandela has inspired us to work hard and strive for excellence. nothing is hard to achieve when young people who shares the same vision and with winning mentality work together. Being part of Youthzones networks have taught us an organisation and individuals to create our own luck and be resilient to obstacles you come across in the journey.

We were once lucky enough to receive working equipments to empower the organisation from Youthzones, however our attitudes and behaviours and that time did not see the broad picture of it by so we lost everything amongst us. it took us growth and development to make a plan to rise above those challenges and work as a team to rectify the mistakes of the past.

I am writing this with pride to say we have managed to fundraise and come up with the plan to buy other working equipments to ensure we fit well to the ever changing society we are living in and be ready for 4th industrial evolution.

These equipments are the future investment of the organisation and the young artists we are developing as Iziko Lamagama. we are proud to have put the efforts and work as a collective in achieving this.

Again it all comes back to what we have learnt over the years here in this Space that leadership is learning from the mistakes and be better tomorrow. Indeed "KUTHATHA ISKHATHI"
