Before a tree starts distributing its fruits it focuses on growing first, then when it has fully grown  that's when it starts producing fruits. Same principle how ever should apply for us too, we need to work on our selves know our weak points, strong points, our drive before we start speaking other people in to doing something.

Let us then be always open to learning new things and don't keep them but share with others so that new things can keep on coming. Be blessed
