Youthzones play the important role in uniting diverse leader's.

Youthzones teaches leader's from different places that in diversity there is beauty and there is strength. Our work force and our entire economy are strongest when we embrace diversity to its fullest, and that means opening doors of opportunity to everyone and recognize that the African dream excludes no one.
