Never give up

"Acceptance is the open acknowledgement that what is occurring is perfect and, unlike giving up, it does not tend to close off future possibilities of any kind"

Life is not always smooth sailing. When going through a rough patch and giving up seems to be the only option:
Breath. Observe. Accept. Transform.
Accept that you are in an uncomfortable situation, examine what went wrong and make nesseccary changes. Never give up!!!

"The whole idea of compassion is based on a keen awareness of the other.... The whole purpose of life is to live by love." Thomas Merton

The most powerful force in our lives is our ability to love! It’s the most basic essence of who we are. How do you experience and express your love for the people in your life?
