Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference, I couldn't agree more because all of us need attitude adjustment at times and an attitude is the result of changing the way we think. If we keep our attitude up and positive, w'l continue to climb higher and higher in life and able to soar. but if our attitude are down and negative we will fall and stay on the ground of life. let's wake up and act more stop waiting Youthzones to do things for us, together we can make it.

Writing things down seems to really help me not to forget and learn. for example, I have found that writing a list of the positive point about a situation or a person, writing down helps me remain joyful and avoid seeing things out of proportion. After I make such a list I sometimes carry it with me so I can refer to it every time, or I go over it each morning. This helps me when I'm tempted to give place to wrong thinking. I call it FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT OF…

All of us have the privilege and responsibility of choosing our attitudes no matter what circumstances or situations we find ourselves in the key word here is CHOOSING. Attitudes don't just happen they are the products of our choices over time the thought patterns establish in our minds, which means that when certain types of situations occur we are preprogrammed to think about them in certain ways, and learn to stop our minds from going in the directions they have gone for years if that…

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. it is our light not our darkness, that most frightens us. you playing small does not serve the world, there is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. we are all meant to shine as children do, it's not just in some of us it is in everyone and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same as we…

Today we were having a topic with Katlehong netball and basketball teams asking me lots of questions about the professional level because they also want to play to that level and my answer was so simple i said to them: Follow your dreams, work hard, practice and persevere. Make sure you eat a variety of foods, get plenty of exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

As we were in Zenzele today, I made friends with the soccer girls and boys, we exchanged contacts so we can always keep in touch.
We played Soccer with them and made friends with the little ones. At least one life skill was implemented in Zenzele today.

Sometimes we need to fail in order to know,
Sometimes we need to be hurt in order to grow,
Sometimes we need to lose in order to gain
Cause some life lessons are best learned through pain.
Have a Great and Blessed Night Youthzones family.

We hosted Kaizer Chiefs Under 17 yesterday afternoon and the game was full of energy and enthusiasm.
The aim of the game was for our players to be scouted by Kaizer Chiefs coaches and at the same time enjoying football at its best. Unfortunately we lost 1-0 but fortunate enough our 3 players were selected and they are going for training at Bosmond next week for their first session with the team.

Talent is important. But the single most important ingredient after you get the talent is internal leadership. It's not the coaches as much as one single person or people on the team who set higher standards than that team would normally set for itself. I really believe that that's been ultimately important for us.

When you think of something new, at first people laugh at you. When you decide to do it, people not take you even seriously. When you show some outstanding results they start challenging you! Then finally they watch you succeed and they wish they were you

Jeff is one of the boys staying with me in my house he is from Mpumalanga. Jeff saved the best for last. After an up and down season, Jeffrey came oh so close to successfully to win the title. Only the speed of the Free State Champ and eventual winner stood between Jeff and glory..
Jeffrey showed he meant business when he ran the fastest time in half marathon, clocking 1:03min & 47sec in the South African half marathon championship and came 3rd.
Coming into the Soweto…

It’s not the situation itself that determines whether or not life is enjoyable. It’s the way you choose to respond to the situation.
Enjoyment is not a…
