I was coordinating coaching workshop in Tembisa as no we have one mission of promoting healthy lifestyle. The community need  help as coaches because our country is in problem of obesity so for us to start training we need experience to work with young and old people. I started with six people now i have 46 who are training with me, but still i am not happy with that number…

its not everyday where you find a kid from a community such as mine(diepsloot) succeeding and achieving a lot. our success is either based on minor things such as getting a hundred likes on Facebook or no success at all. 

its not like none of us have not tried kicking out of this misery but we rather make a joke  out of it rather than deal with the nightmare....

those we trust to relieve us are exactly those pulling us back and making us to except this…

we might be coming from different communities where different things are happening that affect the future of our leaders which is the kids we encounter and play with in day to day. with all that is happening there is something that God put in each of you to be the change agents in all our respective communities in what we are doing is not all about our will we are propelled by the power from above to bring change and hope to those kids we are leading in our different zones.
