i am make a short meeting with my volunteers from different school they have something is not right

today two people are live a work from my organization because of need money so i think to say i you want to develop your community is not all about money but most of time those people think i am a sponsor those two come to my crew because of youthzone expect more money not volunteer so guys give the advice what is the second step to approach those people
