Stop trying To Multitask

Multitasking cant be done except with unconscious processes such as walking and talking. If you try to consciously multitask like make the kids lunches, have a telephone conversation and try and get the kids ready for school it cant be done nearly as effectively as doing each task separately. Multitasking stresses out minds and helps to produce bad results.

Exercise Your Mind Not Just Your Body
We all know the benefits of exercising the body but exercising the mind by doing crosswords, maths puzzles, playing chess, reading, anagrams, sudoku etc, all help to increase the minds capacity for learning.

DON`T LOSE HOPE IN LIFE

It was said that everything has its own time, life is something that needs all your values to

ensure that you are ready for any challenge.

I taught myself not to lose hope in everything am trying to plant and doing for myself.

I am always surrounded by people who care about me and neither me care about them.

I am always doing what is best for me and empowering others not lose hope in life.

Life is unpredictable, it means we need to be ready always.
