always if the community want something you must make strike so i don't know what is the simple way to solve this issues course now way to told a job without qualification so people in my community don't want this that is why almost make strike to avoid the requirement need in the mines if the mines are close what is happening about the people want strike i think after the mines close everything is come good because if no job already no strike
