As youthzones leader's i think this pillar is very very important, as you can see South African economy is not doing good. Youthzones play the important role in uniting diverse leader's.

Youthzones teaches leader's from different places that in diversity there is beauty and there is strength. Our work force and our entire economy are strongest when we embrace diversity to its fullest, and that means opening doors of opportunity to everyone and recognize that the African dream excludes no one. I say thanks to youthzones for combining different leader's. Sho Doc and the youthzone family keep the good work.

The boss depends upon authority ;the leader on goodwill.
The boss inspires fear ;the leader inspires enthusiasm.
The boss says I the leader we.
The boss fixes the blame for the breakdown ;by contrast, the leader fixes the breakdown.

As a leader Mind you attitude.

It is the 'advance man' of our true selvas.

Its roots are inward but its fruit is outward.

It is our best friend or our worst enemy.

It is more honest and more consistent than our words. It is an outward look based on past experiences. It is a thing which draws people to us or repels them. It is never content until it is expressed. It is the librarian of our past. It is the speaker of our present. It is the prophet of our future
