Love and caring

Its very important to us that we treat other fairly and that we genuinely care. Caring is not walking down the street and hugging and kissing everyone we meet , just to make a point of how much we care about humanity. Caring is being considerate - understanding that someone else wants the same things that we wants.

Never judge a book by its cover

Labeling people and stereo-typing them based on first impressions and assumptions is something everyone does. We often judge people based on their appearance and our preconcieved notions without finding out which they really are. We most seem to think, if the outside is unsightly, then the rest must be bad as well. If we dislike the outward aspect of people, we cannot reach their inner character and something very powerful could be inside them. Do people's appearances really constitute a their… Continue

Salt of the earth people

in the life of humas, there are jobs and responsibilities that are unpleasant and saldom receive recognition. If we are doing a dung beetle job, remember that we are blessed because, just like the dung beetle, we have a purpose and an impact on people's life, far greater than we can imagine. Salt of the earth people are humble, unpretentious, uncomplicated, devoted, loyal, earnest and honest. We are hard working people, who add value to the lives of others.

Plant own grass

We always think that the grass is greener on the other side. We live our lives as if on a runaway train, travelling on and on the hope of finding a beter., Worm, grander station. Oddly, all the stations we stop at are  never quite what  we thought or hope they would be, leaving us empty and unsatisfied.

so often the best green grass is right under our feet. That is not to say that we should not look for best opportunities or settle for an average life you are not happy with.…

Success and Challenges

Successful people keep moving. They make mistake but they never quit. Successes do not last forever, we must sometimes sail with wind and sometimes against it.

many of our life challenges and jobs are repetitive in nature, and the more we repeat what we are doing , the better the chance that we become complacent without even legalizing it.

Communication

It's normal at the beginning of a journey that everyone would be fired up and raring to go. But that fire doesn't always last. Sometimes the journey is long and people can become fatigued along the way. A team is made up of different personalities and, although talented and bright, sometimes people can be arrogant and self-absorbed. There are the daily challenges that leaders need to be able to deal with patiently, relentlessly and with calmness. The ability to communicate with people according… Continue

Be credible

In many ways leadership is like marketing. The number one thing about marketing is that we must deliver, deliver, and deliver. Deliver what we said we will deliver. Leadership is the same thing. As leaders we must deliver what we promised. Make it happen. As leaders we must have credibility. If we don't have credibility with our people we can't lead them. A leader must pick her people up when times are tough and their spirits are down.

Human spirit

Regardless of what our station is in life, a big part of who we are as humans is our human spirit. Every human being wants vailadation, everyone wants their presence and their humanness to be acknowledged, no one want to be ignored. The greatest crime you can commit against a human spirit is by pretending that they don't matter or they less than human. All forms of discrimination are a perpetuation of this crime against the human spirit.
