Not a beers day

"The Day of Reconciliation is an annual public

holiday held on 16 December.

Historically it was celebrated as Dingaans Day

and celebrated the triumph of the Voortrekkers

against the Zulu army led by Dingaan at the

Battle of Blood River.

After the first democratic elections in 1994, the

name was changed to the Day of Reconciliation,

with the intention of promoting national unity

The Year 2014 has come to the end. I would
