During your life time, things are gonna happen, things that will make you put your life goals aside. There's gonna be people who influence you, discourage you and wont believe in you and your dreams... You not doing it for them, you doing it for you future.. No one else.

Leadership #Lead

Leadership#Lead

It is important to start with the outcome in mind. For me it meant the answer to the question, "what does it takes to become a great leader? The kind of leader that will create followers? " The answers to that questions cropped up in every conversation and behaviours and characteristics are as extensive as they are challenging. "You don't do leadership you 'be' it"

BE RESPONSIBLE

THE PRINCIPLE OF DELAYED GRATIFICATION, IS THAT YOU ACT IN A MATURE WAY NOW TO REAP THE BENEFIT MUCH LATER .DON` TURN AWAY FROM RESPONSIBILITY, IF SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE OR IMPROVED :BE THE EXAMPLE .CHILDREN ENJOY PLAYING WHILST LEAVING THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OTHERS, SO SHOW YOU ARE AN ADULT BY COMMITMENTS. BE KNOWN AS A RELIABLE PERSON WHO ALWAYS DOES WHAT SHE/HE SAYS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TELL YOU ONCE ONLY.

Our Park it's dangerous for our Youth of Orange Farm

Today as we are not training . I took a walk toward our orange farm regional park. It was so embarrassing to see school kids smoking dagga wearing school uniform. Learners from different schools gather themselves at the park to smoke and drink booze. Our park is a place where our youth use to hide themselves from their homes to do wrong things even on weekends you will find them drinking . Police need to start to patrol at the park . Also as the leaders of different organizations in Orange Farm… Continue
