Keep your long term goals in mind

Well defined goals keep you focused on the end result, visualisation helps a great deal in these situations. I believe that if you can see it in your mind, you can make it happen.
When you focus on your goals you regain a sense of control over your life your self-esteem increases and you sense that what happens around you doesn't have to affect what is within you.

mama mimi's home made bread

YESTERDAY WE HAD A WONDERFUL  BAKING DAY AT JOZI CENTRE WITH MR RICHMAN. HE WAS SHOWING US HOW TO BAKE BREAD, ROLLS AND PIZZA. AFTER THAT WE TASTE THE BREAD WE MADE BY OUR SELVES. THE BREAD WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ONE FROM THE SHOP.

WE ALSO MADE A FRIENDSHIP WITH OTHER YOUTHZONES MEMBERS FROM DIFFERENT SITES.WE REALY ENJOYED THE BAKING SESSION.

Through Sport we can change South African life style

Good day everyone 

I was with simon yesterday at my office in Midrand talking about Nutrition and herbalife who can we safe the south African youth through sport and after our long day meeting he even took his time to tell me about project called youthzones. It was so interesting to here about this. Guys you doing a create job to go out the and help the community and also teach them life skills, one day I will make time with him and take me to one of youthzones site.
