One will never know who he or she befriend or ignores in life. I got so many examples whereby one's attitude affects one's chances to progress in life. One coach of a particular team in Rustenburg site didnt allow Schalk and I to train with his team and he simply said that we are from Johannesburg since we were driving GP car and we must give him something either balls, cones, or bibs before we join the training. And I said we just wanted to train and he refused. After couple of weeks working with some teams in Rustenburg and he heard about other teams going to the tournament in Mogwase and receiving balls, bibs, modems, USB etc and after that he never stopped calling me and he keeps complaining that I am closing him outside the circle and I am working with my friends. As they always say one in life receives tests and if one fails the tests one receive the lessons. One must be always ready for any opportunity because one never know the consequences or the future. Just do the best with good attitude and build a strong reputation.

Wow! The agenda was a 2 day Peter Block Seminar where leaders from the youth zones were to be trained in community building, facilitation and teamwork.
The outcome was 3 days of bliss where 14 strangers became close friends. Representatives from Upington, Umzimkhulu, Mutare, Manica and Siyabuswa added life and wisdom to the seminar.

I trust that all the participants will write about their experiences on the pages of their respective sites, but as the team reflected on what they learned around the dinner table last night, one could see that genuine connection happened. In two days learning occured, hearts were transformed and all these new friends will return to their homes with renewed passion and new skills that will help them to serve their communities more effectively.
