It is always nice to see young guys continuing to do what they love and hang out together as family. And this what I witnessed yesterday when I was in Freedom Park. My highlight of the day is when Sibongile, Thabiso and Dan invited to their house to have a drink after long day. That's what I call family.

on a chilly afternoon, the boys talking about helping out their trainer

There is no "I" in"team".... I'm sure most of us are familiar with the saying.

when one of us suffer, we all suffer and when one of us need a hand, we all stretch out our hands and pull. I wish that "The Boys" can reach out and help their trainer in this daunting time. This goes to "The Girls" too.

Let us be one
